Deinococcus radiodurans
by Kendall Sealy and Jordyn Logue

"For the first half of geological time our ancestors were bacteria.
Most creatures still are bacteria, and each one of our trillions of cells is a colony of bacteria."
Richard Dawkins
Q. Why did the bacteria fail the math test?
A. He thought multiplication was the same as division.
hahahhahaha
Deinococcus radiodurans is a pinkish-red bacteria resistant to radiation.
It can withstand a dose a radiation 1,000 times more than would prove lethal to a person.
It has the ability to repair breaks in its DNA strand faster than most bacteria.
